Description:
One in a series of photos showing Schneemann, a a slim, light skinned woman in her mid-30s, performing her piece "Interior Scroll." The basic lines of Schneemann's body are outlined in paint, and her hair is braided back from her face. She is standing nude on top of a folding table, her legs spread and bent at the knees, drawing a long wavy piece of paper from her vagina. She's looking down at the scroll with a slightly mischevious expression, partly facing the left side of the frame. At the far-left edge of the frame a camera is pointed at her, and a rumpled sheet is draped over the table behind her.
