- Description:
- This is a damaged cast of a weathered and damaged original showing herdsmen and an anxious bull. Fig. 130, who is represented by his legs, left hand, and some drapery in this broken cast, braces his left foot on a rock and pulls back to restrain the nervous bull he escorts. The bull lifts its front legs to dart forward. The animal overlaps a draped herdsman, fig. 131, who walks towards the viewer's right and looks ahead. Also visible at the far right of the block is fig. 132, a herdsman who has suffered severe damage in the original. He is partially contained in the contiguous frieze block.
