- This is a well-preserved cast of North XXVII, damaged in the original, showing a charioteer, apobates, groom, and parts of two horses. Only the torso of the charioteer, fig. 70, is preserved in the original. He faces left (viewer's), wears a chiton belted at the waist, and bends his left arm to hold reins. Overlapping him is fig. 71, an apobates, who is in the process of mounting the chariot. He wears a crested helmet and a cuirass over a short chiton and holds a shield in his left hand. Fig. 72, a groom, faces the oncoming procession (to the right), and his body is turned to a three-quarter view. His face is chipped away. He wears a short chiton, chlamys, and boots and holds the halter of a horse that, along with three others, is attached to the chariot contained in North XXVIII.
