- This is a well-preserved cast of North XXVIII, a damaged original. Depicted here are parts of the bodies, tails, and hindquarters of four horses who are yoked to the chariot containing figs. 73 and 74. The charioteer, fig. 73, wears a long, belted chiton. He stands up straight and turns his head to frontal, positioning his torso between a frontal and three-quarter view. Fig. 74, an apobates, is represented here by his right arm, extended to grab onto the chariot rail, his right knee and thigh, and some of the crest of his helmet. The four-spoked chariot wheel at the lower right corner of the frieze block is a prominent component of the composition.
