- Description:
- Probably the most prestigious thoroughfare in Calcutta. Street derives name from deer park of Sir Elijah Impey, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court (1773-1789). Calcutta's nightlife revolves around Park Street's nightclubs, pubs and coffee houses.
