Has a grid plan, a market square, and a market building Long, narrow site on crest of a ridge. Single street that divides into two and then reunites at the opposite end. Small and irregular in shape with a well. Church earlier than bastide & located outside. Small 14th century entry gate the only survivor of once walled perimeter. Second well at far end of town.
