Has a grid plan, a market square, and a market building Joint Venture with Pierre de Gontault, Lord of Biron Grid with Main & Secondary streets & network of lanes on level site. Rectangular with arcaded 13th and 14th century stone buildings on four sides. Wooden market building and well. Extensive network of straight and narrow carreyroues [lanes or alleys] in block interiors. Three gate towers. Extensive remnants of town walls.
