AIDS epidemic - Description:
- Garcia, a slim, dark haired man in a suit, mid-response at the center of a circle of reporters. He's looking with intensity toward an unseen reporter left of the frame and many hands are holding out microphones to him. Behind him are several people without microphones, all stony-faced. Garcia has an ACT UP pin on his lapel.
