Illegality of same-sex sexual activity - Description:
- Mug shot portraits of Koch, a light-skinned, 19-year-old man. One image is of his right profile, and the other is head on. In the profile he looks up, and in the frontal image he looks directly into the camera with wide eyes and his lips pressed into a thin line. He wears a suit coat buttoned over a vest, a shirt with an Eton collar, a silky tie and a pocket square. His hair is cut very short on the sides and longer on top, and is parted on his left.
