- Large group of about fifty people, mostly men but with some women and children, surrounding a carabao that is hidden from view and on the ground. An American doctor with his back turned to the camera is hunched over and facing the ground, with his hands presumably injecting the carabao. Everyone has turned to face the camera except the doctor.
