- Description:
- Monochromatic photograph showing a close up of a dark-skinned person's right hand holding a photo just below a POW MIA belt. The person is wearing a camouflage jacket with a Subic Bay patch, and a belt patch that says US Navy 1954-1975 Vietnam. They hold a ballpoint pen, and are showing a small snapshot in a plastic case. The picture is of a man, indoors, holding a rifle over his head with a gesture that is neither surrendering nor threatening.
