- A slim, naked white woman reaching toward the sky from inside a tree stump. The ground slopes down from the middle right to the bottom left in an uneven wavy mass, the sky above looks stormy.

- Photogravure mounted in Camera Work, no. 25, which includes several photogravures by Brigman. The Herbert F. Johnson Museum holds this volume, as well as a number of other volumes of the publication.
