The Bronx - Measurement:
- 35.6 x 27.9 (centimeters, height x width)
- Description:
- Looking toward the far corner of a living room, visible from floor to ceiling, where Eddie Carmel (the titular giant) towers over his regular-sized, bespectacled parents. Eddie is standing in front of a couch on the left wall, he's stooped and using a cane while looking down to his left to talk to his parents. His parents are standing side by side, they are about the same height, and both have thick-framed glasses and hands in their hip pockets. Eddie's mother is looking up at him and seems comfortable in a short-sleeved house dress and dark shoes. His father is looking toward Eddie's chest and is more rigid in a dark suit and tie. Eddie himself has dark rumpled slacks and an untucked short-sleeved shirt. The living room has two windows with long striped curtains drawn, a framed picture of Jerusalem between them. The couch and chairs have fabric acting as slipcovers, and the lamps have cellophane wrapping. There is vignetting at the corners.
- Notes:
- Matted gelatin silver print.
