women - Description:
- Full length casual portrait of two young African American women (L to R: Annie Bell and Sammie Pratt) in white chemises standing together under a tree. The two women each have an arm slung around the other's shoulders and Pratt is leaning her head on Bell's shoulder. Both are looking into the camera, Bell with a stony expression and Pratt with a small warm smile. They are standing in calf-high plants holding a leafy bough, and the background of shrubs and trees is blurred. The snapshot of Bell and Pratt is bordered in white, and is attached toward the top of a sheet of black scrapbook paper.
