- Full length portrait of a well-dressed Black woman standing with her arm on a cushioned chair. She's standing with her left hand on her hip, her body is angled to her right and her face is to the camera. She's looking just above it with a small tight smile. She is wearing a long plaid skirt and a double- breasted overskirt in a larger plaid. The image has been hand colored in large parts: sienna for the chair, light blue for her clothes, teal for the carpet, and grey for the entire background.
