- Seated portrait of a young dark skinned woman and two light skinned toddlers. The woman is wearing a long-sleeved, patterned dress with a round white collar and she is looking directly into the camera with a level, unsmiling gaze. The children are both looking slightly away from the camera and have hand-tinted cheeks. The younger child is seated on the woman's lap, on her left, and the older child is wearing a plaid dress and sitting next to the woman's right arm. The mat, inner case, and outer case are also visible. The mat is ornate decroative metal, the inner case is embossed golden velvet, and the outer case is hinged, black plastic decorative patterns.
