Midvale Steel Company - Description:
- Midvale Company open hearth, 100 ton ladle. Employees H. Zoroco, Rassback, and Howard Monaghan, stand in the lower center frame n front of the enormous ladle, which is showering out molten steel at their head level. All three men are light skinned and dressed in long pants and long sleeves. Rassback, in the center, is smoking a pipe. Load bearing steel spans can be seen on the left of the frame, and close to the men is a smaller vat of molten steel. September 22, 1943
