Women
International Ladies' Garment Workers' Union - Description:
- Nine members of the Women's Trade Union League (WTUL) of New York pose on stairs with a banner calling for the 8 hour day. The women are arrayed around the banner, three behind it, three to the right and three to the left. They are dressed in light colors, wearing darker sashes, and similar light-colored hats that look like cones with their tips folded down to the brim. The women are all looking directly into the camera, with either cheerful or serious expressions.
