- The jacket is made of dark blue woven cloth. The sleeve cuffs have blue cloth piping, red and white cloth stripes, and red and green embroidery. The neck line has strips of green and blue cloth. A line of silver studs goes down the spine, and includes a 10 cent French coin from 1929, one from the top. The waist has multicolored embroidery threads, silver studs, and red corduroy piping. The side vents have green and blue piping, and the back vent has red and white piping. On the lapels of the jacket are feathers in blue, white and orange
