- Description: The top is vest blue cloth. Piping at the sleeve/shoulder is made of red sewn threads, looped into the armpit. The neck hole is similarly designed, except that instead of looping, the piping threads extend down the front and back. Embroidery on the body/torso is in white, yellow, red and green threads in geometric and bird designs, punctuated by the threads, which hang down in clumps.
