- Description:
- End scraper on a broken drill. Light tan-grey flint. Produced by pressure-flaking on a small blade, resulting in a rounded "handle" at the proximal end tapering to an elongated drill/awl/perforator. Retouch flaking on the dorsal surface, with use-wear micro-flaking on both ventral and dorsal surfaces, consistent with use in a twisting fashion. It appears that such use eventually broke off the tip, and the broken end was then retouched to produce a small end scraper.
