Quite a few people walk along a busy street, including a young boy and a coolie. The boy wears a two-storied hat formerly reserved for use by Confucian scholars. The hat was probably owned by his ancestors. The coolie, or laborer, carries a full bale of hay in an A-frame carrier on his back.
