- The photo was most probably taken during Forsberg’s visit in Moscow in 1988 at a two-day joint conference on the upcoming conventional arms talks in Vienna. The conference was co-sponsored by the IDDS and the Soviet Academy of Sciences Institute on World Economics and International Relations (IMEMO).
