The varayoq of Quispillaqta are served chicha at one of the offering tables on the path up to the puna and the source of irrigation water, Lake Matuma. They are wearing new jackets given as a gift by senior officials to lower ranks. They are wearing a woman's lliqlla as a sign of servitude to the community.
