Description:
The Proposal to Stop the Development and Production of Nuclear Weapons was presented by Randall Forsberg in Amsterdam at the World Council of Churches International Public Hearing on Nuclear Weapons and Disarmament, Session VII: Approaches to Disarmament. Randall Forsberg argues that the proposal to stop nuclear weapons production is a suitable first step, because it strikes a balance between larger goals of disarmament and what could be achieved in the near future.
