Randall Forsberg's Letter Re: Follow-up to research center proposal
In the follow-up memo to the "Research Center Proposal" memo written by Randall Forsberg on June 5, 1978, she clarifies some points following discussions with Ronald Siegel and David Schwartz on June 7. She addresses issues such as mutual acceptability of the composition of the group interested in the establishment of a new research center, the idea of a joint base of operation being a Boston area location, the characteristics of the proposed research center, a proposal to produce an annual competitor to Military Balance.
