- Description:
- Oxidized orangeware globular bottle, with a low neck and two lugs high on teh shoulder. 4 parallel stripes stripes circumscribe the bottle above the equator, and higher on the shoulder is a band of repeating wave motif finely painted with a black organic pigment. Vessel in Huari in form, but the painted decoration suggests a possible Lambayeque attribution. Original cataloger suggested Chimu or Vicus.
