- 52 x 51 x 23 (millimeters, height x width x breadth)
- Description:
- modelling and incision on polished surface. Motifs include raised round eye with central dot, round mouth with central dot, irregular but T eye brow-nose, and double knobs at the peak of the sagittal-coronal arch. Incision outlines these major features. Posterior surface has an unidentified geo. design incised. Paste: coarse ground sherd temper, grainy texture, no luster. Surface finish: incision around all modelling in 2mm widths only, Mo slip. Possible traces of red paint ( 10 R 3/5) Much crackle and wear. Firing: red-firing: incomplete oxid. of grey core 2.5 YR 3/0 to weak red 2.5 YR 5/2.
