- Three perforations showing wear toward the point.
Paste: Coarse ground sherd temper, grainy texture, no luster.
Surface finish: smoothed and polished prior to the application of the multiple layers of white slip. Polished after each layer, there is a resultant high gloss. Interior is similarly treated without the subsequent painting of the exterior.

Decoration: The painting on the exterior surfaces appears in a variety of designs. Noteworthy is the contemporaneity of the scallop with the spiral with cross hatching. In form the design shows bilateral symmetry, making use of both the narrow line (1mm) for line effect and larger areas for negative effect. The paint varies in color from reddish black 10 R 2/1 to dusky red 3/2 to weak red 4/4.
