This image shows a dark, initially oval stain that eventually proved to be a Seneca-era post (Post Mold 93) when it was first exposed after removal of overlying plow-mixed soil. Upon further excavation, the post proved to be more circular in shape. The stain is just to the left of the black-and-white north arrow. The post is likely to have made up part of the south wall of the vestibule/entryway for House 3. Kurt Jordan, Archaeologist
