White Springs - File Name:
- ws019.jpg
- Work Type:
- maps, diagrams, excavation photos
- Materials/Techniques:
- digital photograph
- Description:
- This photograph shows a cross section of a roughly circular dark stain (Post Mold 54) that lies just outside the likely wall of the vestibule/entryway for House 3. The north part of the stain already has been removed. The stain may represent the traces of a Seneca-era post. The raised dark soil to the right of the image with a straight edge is the traces of a 20th century pipe trench.
