- 128 pages. The nonpartisan Workmen's Circle (Arbeter Ring) movement resulted from the many sectarian splits that fractured the Workmen's Circle in the 1920s most particularly in regard to the U.S.S.R. Translated Summary: This is a yearbook for a Mitlshul graduation concert and celebration in East Harlem whose extensive program includes music, a tableau about Jewish colonization in the Soviet Union, a speech by Yakov Levin, and the awarding of diplomas. Although many booklets titled 'almanakh' are essentially school magazines accompanied by a concert program and ads, this one is also like a classic school yearbook. Greetings, congratulations and ads begin on page 72, including many greetings listing the directorates and founding dates for individual schools. The contents include especially good photographs from Camp Kinderland as well as: introductory note from the central school administration, signed Y. Doroshkin and Y. Hurvitz; and a greeting from Yakov Levin from Paris, written on his way back from the Soviet Union. Mitlshul curriculum on p.7, school photograph on p.8. Then photos of the individual graduates. Tuition rates on page 11. The bulk of the annual, pages 12 - 70 is devoted to children's writing. The Mitlshul student compositions tend to be a page to two pages long The inside back cover lists addresses of 27 Umpartayish (independent) schools, plus music schools, kindergardens, and Camp Kinderland. This program was in Kalman Marmor's JPFO files; by 1930 some of the nonpartisan Workmen's Circle (Arbeter Ring) movement had aligned itself with the IWO/JPFO.

- "Umpartayishe" indicated not aligned with a party or faction
The Jewish People’s Fraternal Order was the largest ‘national’ section of the International Workers Order (IWO) which focused on cultural awareness and celebration, mutual support especially in health insurance coverage, and anti-fascist activities. The IWO also gave particular emphasis to supporting the rights and interests of African Americans.
