3 pages. A printed folded brochure, detailing funeral and cemetery benefits, application procedures, death payment schedule based on age, and costs. Requires already being an I.W.O member between the ages of 16 and 60, and then applying for funeral and cemetery benefits. Those not already I.W.O. members, can apply to the I.W.O for membership and once approved can then apply for funeral and cemetery benefits. Health exam required for those over 45 years old. The brochure reads as if it is the Cemetery Department's by-laws.

The Jewish People’s Fraternal Order was the largest ‘national’ section of the International Workers Order (IWO) which focused on cultural awareness and celebration, mutual support especially in health insurance coverage, and anti-fascist activities. The IWO also gave particular emphasis to supporting the rights and interests of African Americans.
