Isis faces left with a sistrum in her right hand and a jug in her right. The shape of the jug resembles those used to worship Isis and would have been filled with water in Latin, this jug would be called cymbium or sitella. A palm rests on the right of the gem. To Isis' left, Harpocrates holds a cornucopia.
