- Promotional map and brochure detailing everything you want to know about cane sugar. The map shows Cuba and Puerto Rico, where cane is grown; shipping to the company's sugar refinery in Philadelphia ("one of the largest in the world"); and transportation of the refined sugar by rail and road throughout the Eastern U.S. Panels at the sides of the map explain every step of the process from growing and harvesting through refining, and there is a large illustration of the refinery itself. The verso has smaller maps of the Caribbean and Asian sources of sugar cane, along with more background and recipes ("Sweet Things To Make" - "These Goodies Are Good for You"). See also ID #2242.02.
