- Translated Summary: On the visit of Rubin Saltzman [Reuven Zaltsman, Reuben Saltzman], expresses gratitude for the Ordn's (JPFO) support. They are pleased that Saltzman had a chance to see the orphanage in Andrésy, [Yvelines, Île-de-France, France] where the JPFO is supporting orphaned children. The writers convey enthusiasm about the prospect of continued support.
- Notes:
- The Jewish People’s Fraternal Order was the largest ‘national’ section of the International Workers Order (IWO) which focused on cultural awareness and celebration, mutual support especially in health insurance coverage, and anti-fascist activities. The IWO also gave particular emphasis to supporting the rights and interests of African Americans.
