- Measurement:

- Description:
- This is a cast of a section of East VI depicting two standing men facing right (viewer's) who are conjectured to be eponymous heroes of Athens, dignitaries, or magistrates. Fig. 44 wears a himation and leans on a staff. His torso is turned to three-quarter view and his head is shown in profile. The bearded fig. 45 leans on fig. 44 and rests his right arm on his companion's shoulder. His lower half is draped in a himation which is wrapped around his left arm, and he, too, turns his body into three-quarter view and his head into profile. These figures and the section of the block from which they come are very badly damaged in the original, but have been partially restored here from casts.
