- Lot consists of a JOHN TYLER / 1841 copper commemorative medal made by Brichaut (which may have been issued in connection with the 1876 U.S. Centennial) and a newspaper clipping illustrating Tyler's receipt of the news that he had become President upon the death of William Henry Harrison. Both items are undated, but each is a commemorative item.
