- Five-page sheet music spread contains an instrumental song by A. Barrel Apples commemorating a bet between Ben Perley Poore and Robert L. Burbank on the 1856 Presidential vote in Massachusetts in which the loser would have to wheel a barrel of apples 36 miles to the house of the winner. Republican candidate John C.
