To the lower left of woodcut, William Henry Harrison can be seen asking Mr. Van Buren, will you give us a lift?, to which Martin Van Buren replies No, General. You ought to get a Fine Palace & London Carriage like myself. The letters TH (artist's initials?) are found in the lower right corner of the cartoon.
