Item consists of a red, white, and blue faille ribbon with a portrait of Benjamin Harrison attached to it with red and blue ribbon. Portrait appears to be an engraving that has been incised into celluloid plastic and then washed with ink. Item contains a facsimile signature. Ribbon is undated Harrison ran for President in 1888 and 1892.
