Bottom of ribbon contains two identical verses of a song reading GROVER, GROVER, / FOUR MORE YEARS OF GROVER, / IN WE GO - OUT THEY GO / THEN WE'LL BE IN CLOVER. Maker's information stamped on the reverse of the ribbon reads J.H. SHAW, / 818 ARCH ST. PHILA. / BADGES & BUTTONS, / AGENTS WANTED.
