Ribbon contains an empty space where a candidate's portrait could be affixed to its center. Item is undated, but it is very similar in composition to Grover Cleveland portrait ribbons 2214.RB0031 and 2214.RB0040 Cleveland ran for President in 1884, 1888, and 1892.
