Eight-page advertising pamphlet issued by the New York Life Insurance Co. contains information on the growth of the United States and the Company. Double-sized center spread contains two copies of a form that lists the 1904 Electoral College vote and blank spaces for recording 1908 election results the second copy was to be used to enter a promotion where the company would send a souvenir album of presidential portraits to anyone who filled out and mailed the form.
