Cylindrical tin torch light with one wick for lighting and screw-top for re-filling. One of the brackets that would have been used to secure a wire handle has broken off. Item donor Susan H. Douglas dates torch light to ca. 1884 based on its similarity to an item advertised an 1884 Peck & Snyder sales flier.
