Small torch light with cone-shaped tin fuel reservoir, one jet with wick, screw-top for re-filling, and bent iron wire holder that can be inserted directly into a slotted pole. Torch light is undated, but donor Susan H. Douglas notes that campaign parades were at their peak from ca. 1860-1904.
