Spherical-reservoir, rotating brass and tin torch light with one wick for lighting, screw-top for re-filling, and round bracket for placing directly atop a pole. Mount contains a tin band that completely encircles reservoir. Torch light is undated, but donor Susan H. Douglas notes that campaign parades were at their peak from ca. 1860-1904.
