Rectangular sheet-metal box with two brackets for mounting on a pole. Screw-top is made of brass and contains four thin wick tubes where burning fluid vapors could be ignited without conducting heat to fuel reservoir. Douglas notes that campaign parades were at their peak from ca. 1860-1904.
