Silver plated scissors with a portrait of William H. Taft on one side and Helen Herron Taft on the other. Scissors have a faint maker's mark that appears to contain a barrel emblem and the words WAGNER CUTLERY. Item donor Susan H. Douglas dates this item to the 1908 Presidential campaign.
