Smoking pipe consists of a carved wooden bowl depicting Roosevelt's head and a molded plastic stem. Bowl contains the maker's information BRUYERE / SUPERIEURE and MADE IN FRANCE. Pipe does not appear to have been used. Item is undated, but was likely to have been manufactured between 1930 and 1950.
